Our aim
Here at Russell Worth Solicitors, we constantly strive to achieve the highest standard in customer care, which is what we believe sets us apart from the competition. We appointed Trust Pilot as our independent review platform to see whether this was the case.
Despite having our own testimonials page, we felt it important to have a completely independent company host our customer reviews. Having Trust Pilot on board to host our reviews means that we as a company, along with potential new clients, can get the most honest and transparent insight into our claims service.
The findings so far from our personal injury claim reviews:
- Excellent! – Despite our fears (as anyone would have with this sort of thing), we have maintained an ‘excellent’ score of 9/10 or above.
- Client expectations – with the very few negative ratings we have received we have:
a) Reacted quickly offering the client a route to discuss their issue at Director level.
b) Realised that typically the root of the problem has been the clients expectations around the compensation sum. While we make every effort to manage client expectations, sometimes, as the case develops, there is not much we can do about this.
In summary
Appointing Trust Pilot has given us a rare and privileged insight to our business highlighting the positive and negative elements to it. This has allowed us to adapt and improve our service as time has gone on.
Our customers have awarded our personal injury services with an excellent rating and this makes us feel very proud. This has a knock on effect with company morale which in turn can only improve the service we offer.
