In early December we had a fantastic company come down to Russell Worth HQ to do a day of filming.
Do we want to start our own soap? Of course we do, but this was not what they were here for. They were here to get the material for our Youtube channel.
We’re firm believers in communicating with our customers in a way that suits them, and we’re not just talking about how we update you on your claim i.e. text, email, phone… No, we believe you should be able to find out about our services through a richer media than just reading text on our site.
Picture Lock Productions came down and generated a 3 minute company overview video along with around 30 claim specific videos; each of which is about a minute long. The idea behind these is very simple – we want to offer anyone who visits our website the media that suits them! If you want to find out about car crash claims then you can watch a video or read the text …the same is true for many of our services.
We had a fantastic day, we got all the footage we need, and on behalf of the company I would like to say a HUGE thank to the people who made it happen – our fantastic employees:
